Highfield Aesthetics is a medical aesthetics clinic located within Highfield Clinic, 2 Highfield Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. ï»¿

1. About Highfield Aesthetics

Highfield Aesthetics provides medical aesthetic consultations and treatments delivered by a GMCregistered medical doctor and qualified non-medical practitioners. All services are carried out in accordance with UK medical standards, professional guidelines, and patient safety regulations. 


2. Appointments & Consultations

  • All clients must undergo an appropriate consultation before treatment.
  • Consultations may include medical history review, lifestyle assessment, physical examination, and discussion of suitable treatment options.
  • Not all treatments are suitable for all individuals. We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is not clinically appropriate.
  • No treatment is carried out without proper medical assessment. 


3. Consultation Fee

  • A consultation fee of £50 is payable prior to or on the day of consultation.
  • If you proceed with treatment, the consultation fee will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable. 


4. Booking, Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit is required to secure treatment appointments.
  • Deposits are non-refundable and are deducted from the total treatment cost.
  • Full payment is required on the day of treatment unless agreed otherwise in advance.
  • We accept card and approved digital payment methods.


5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To respect clinician time and ensure fair access for all clients, the following applies:


Cancellations

 Cancellations must be made in writing via:

  • Email
  • Phone or WhatsApp: 0121 455 6974
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a £75 late cancellation fee.


No-Shows


  • Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in being charged the full treatment price.
  • If only a deposit has been paid, the remaining balance must be paid within 7 days.
  • Outstanding balances may be pursued through formal debt recovery processes. 


6. Treatment Results & Expectations

  • Individual results vary depending on anatomy, medical history, and lifestyle.
  • No aesthetic treatment can guarantee a specific outcome.
  • Additional sessions or maintenance treatments may be required and are chargeable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • We do not offer refunds for completed treatments where care has been delivered appropriately.


7. Packages & Course Treatments

 Treatment packages and courses are offered at a discounted rate.

By purchasing a package, you agree that:

  • All sessions must be completed within 12 months of purchase.
  • Packages are non-refundable once started.
  • If a course is discontinued for any reason:
  • Completed sessions will be charged at full individual prices.
  • Any remaining balance will be held as clinic credit for up to 12 months.
  • Credit is non-transferable and non-refundable.


8. Photography & Clinical Records

  • Clinical photographs may be taken for medical documentation, treatment planning, and legal or insurance purposes.
  • Medical photographs are stored securely and are not used for marketing without separate explicit consent.
  • All medical records are stored in accordance with UK GDPR and medical confidentiality requirements.


9. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Highfield Aesthetics complies fully with UK GDPR.
  • Personal and medical data is stored securely and confidentially.
  • We do not share client data with third parties unless required by law or regulatory authorities.
  • By booking with us, you consent to receiving appointment reminders and relevant clinical communications via email or SMS. You may opt out at any time.


10. Client Conduct

We aim to provide a safe and professional environment for both clients and staff.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment in cases of:

  • Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour
  • Unrealistic expectations
  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows

All decisions are made in line with GMC Good Medical Practice.


11. Clinic Rights

  • Highfield Aesthetics reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Updated terms will be published on our website.
  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms & Conditions.
